The cuisine here is influenced by traditional regional seafood preparations from the Chesapeake Bay area. Recipes have been considered primarily traditional and classic, rather than trendy or nouveau. Some of the more popular menu items include: blackened filet mignon topped with crab Imperial, stuffed lobster tail and home-style desserts. The Merion potato cup - potatoes blended with sour cream and chives topped with cheddar cheese - has gotten raves for 30 years. There is also a pretheatre menu available.

A full selection of alcoholic beverages are served, and you`ll find that there is an excellent wine list. In addition, the establishment has a seated bar inside.
